Returns and Refunds.
If you change your mind on your purchase, you have 14 days to return it for a refund subject to some exclusions set out below. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels and still attached and box contents present.
There are some exclusions to our 14 day returns policy, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):
- Gift vouchers
- Products received over 14 days ago
- Products that have been opened/unsealed/used
- Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition
Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.
Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy. Please note, if you return items, which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances
We cannot offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternative items you require. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse or once the item has been checked by one of our specialists.
Please note, that should you wish to return your item, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (unless item is faulty). It is advised to insure the item to its total value and retain the receipt as you will be liable until it has been delivered back to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to make a return:
If you wish to return unwanted items to us please follow the steps below:
- Use our contact form on on Bigchaps.com to notify us that you would like to return your item.
- Please include your order number and postcode in your correspondence
- We will provide a postal address to return your item to.
- Neatly package your item, ensuring everything is included, so that there is little risk that the item will become damaged in transit. Include your order number with the item.
- We will contact you by email when we have received and inspected the returned item. We will authorize your refund immediately once inspected but it may take up to 7 working days before showing in your account.
